Ronnie is bigger, and freakier looking. Arnold is more proportional, and less scary looking.

Ronnie can a big GH gut, and his legs are extreamly un proporrionate. His calves are way too small.

Arnold is still the King.

i think arnold is still way more aesthetically pleasing, i believe arnold to be one of the most aesthetic body builders of all time, now in todays standards no way hed stack up against cutler or ronnie, or flex for that matter lol

I think back then they looked more natural not to mention they worked out harder, today they look puffy and almost fake.

Arnold has the build the majority of bodybuiders aspire to attain!! Even with the smaller and limited drugs available to him, he still looks "The Champ" to me in those pics!!! With excess being the "norm" in our society, I take great pleasure in seeing that Arnold brought us to where we want to be, and not beyond!!!! Jay winning the Olympia is an entirely different issue for me....

I honestly think thats like apples to oranges...I think both of them look great in their own right....BUT since Im more of a fan of x-frames, Arnold is the winner in that category.

I tend to disagree, Arnold have no legs comparing to Ronnie.

I agree 100%. bodybuilding is only going to move forward as new nutritional products and new pharm agents allow for even more developement. like said in an earlier post, its like comparing an NFL team of the 60's to one today. apples and oranges totally. arnolds upper body is awesome, but leg developement is FAR behind that of Ronnies and other previous Mr O's. just my .02.

don't get me wrong, it was Arnold that catipulted BB. without him, who knows where the sport would b today. about todays athletes ( BBer's), the sheer size these guys attain is just plain unreal. I lived in southern cal from 86-89 and I remember when I met Victor Richards, at that time he was 275. I just remember when I 1st saw him. I had nver seen anyone that large in my life!!!! and, I had already seen other pros out there before him. everyone was just staring at this guy like "what the hell is that??!!" including myself. I never met Ronnie in person, but i would bet he gets the same response. to some, the BBer's of today are too much, to others its the way it should be.whatever your school of thought is, in person, these guys are plain and simply UNREAL!!!!

worked out harder??? maybe you should take a look at Ronnie Colemans workout. he lifts poundages Arnold could only dream of, not to take anything away from the King ( Arnold), but seriously. these guys ( the top O winners)don't attain the huge proportions by being panzies. remember Dorian Yates?? he was another one whos workouts were just plain brutal.
