What exact doage do I take for CLEN?

Hi everyone,
I am new here and just got my Clen today. I am a female, good health, looking to lose some pounds. What exactly do I take? I know the dosage is lower than a male dosage. I have the spray, 1 or 2 sprays per day? TIA

Someone please help, I am just not sure where to start.

dosage varies. Start with a low dose and work up. I start with 60mcg and increase by 20mcg every third day. I get up to a mx of 200mcg. You become accustomed to clen hence bringing the dosage up slowly. If you take too much you will feel a little jittery and your hands will shake. Just knock the dosage back by 20mcg and carry on. some run clen for 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. This is because it downregulates your beta receptors. This makes it inneffective. You can either let them return to normal by coming off the clen for 2 weeks or you can use a compound to upregulate them while remaining on the clen. This is the method I would use. I take 50mg benadryl every night for 7 nights every third week. This will upregulate beta receptors for you. Good luck.

Nearly forgot, take the taurine when you start taking the clen.

Four sprays would equal 80mcg (20mcg per spray). That dose will probably be to harsh for first time user. Start off with a 20mcg per day dose and ramp up from there. Refer to clen handbook for cycle example and supplements needed.

i'm pretty much in the same boat as you...female tryng to lose a little weight, just ordered my clen /taurine and it should get here any day. have you been getting any results? what is your diet like right now?

anyone else have some diet tips for people that are more concerned with losing weight than bulking up? thanks!

im confused, are u suppose to take 20/20/20 at start?.. and then work your way up 20mcgs... so that would be 40/40/40.. a day... because in the steroid profiles it says to take it about every 3-4hrs. but not after 4pm. but then it said do not exceed 200mcgs a day... so if you increased it to 80/80/80.. that would be over.... or are u guys taking twice a day?.. 60 and 60?.... just curious.. thanks..

No, you start with a daily dose of 20mcg, than you increase the daily dose by 20mcg. Example: day1: 20mcg, day2 40mcg, day3 60mcg, etc. I would split the daily dose into equal doses through out the day.
Example:
20mcg / mid-day 20mcg
40mcg / mid-morning 20mcg/mid-afternoon 20mcg
60mcg / morning 20mcg/mid-day 20mcg/afternoon 20mcg
Etc.

aww okay.. thanks.. and it says not to go passed 200.. but it also says to continue increasing dose until sides become intolerable... so would u keep increasing until 200mcg a day or would you incease and stop when you reach 200mcg?

If this is the first time with clen you won't need to go that high. Follow the cycle dosages in the clen handbook.
