Protein bar homemade
I made these today and they are fantastic. They will definetely get me past any sugar cravings.
one package instant chocolate pudding sugar and fat free
3 cups skim milk
3 scoops met rx protein plus powder
2 tblspoons shredded coconut
2 tblspoons slivered almonds
Mix together and pour in greased pie pan or pan of choice. I cut mine into quarters and each quarter is approx. 200 calories-28 carbs-23 protein

not to hijack.. but here is another one!
2 cups skim milk
1 pckg fat/sugar free vanilla jello pudding
8 scoops whey protein
3 cups large flake oatmeal
1/2 cup almond slivers
YUMMM!!!

so i tried this minus the almonds, and i added an extra scoop or protein for good luck
put it in the freezer so i could cut it and individually wrap in plastic wrap
but about 45-60 mins after taking it out of the freezer it has turned into protein pudding not a protein bar... but i will say wow that tastes good. but i want a protein bar that i can eat in a solid form

i figured out how to eat this, wrap long thin strips into plasticwrap then when you wanna eat it and its all liquid open one end of the plastic and suck it out like a yogurt tube... tough to eat but tastes soo good
