That's pretty cool. But i'm not down w/getting rid of that extra protein and nutrients. And seeing i don't have any cholesterol issues right now, i eat em by the dozen. haha..

Damn, Could have used this info the last 2 weeks I spent in Ecuador. Could not find the quarts of egg whites so I had to separate them every morning. Would have been cool to try this. Now I know for next time.
