Low Carb Dessert
Ingredients :
350g Greek Yogurt (no sugar added, Kirkland yogurt is personal favourite).
2 Tablespoon Natural Peanut Butter
1/2 Tablespoon Organic Cacao
31g Peanuts
1 Square 85% Dark Chocolate, crushed
Stevia sweetener to taste
Instructions :
Mix everything in bowl. Ensure peanut butter is sufficiently mixed in. Freeze for couple of hours and enjoy.I no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.
