    You simply avoid the actual point each time you post and then end it with some sort of smart ass remark. First of all, let me point out that this website and the information on the main page is about a decade old. Times change and so does the information. However, those are guidelines not to be followed religiously. I asked you pretty much the same question and represented it in a different form each time and you completely avoided it each post. Not one bit of fitness related advice was opinionated.

    Back to you parroting information, you copied and pasted a line from the main page but do you have any idea why the site recommends this?

    I love how you end each of your inept arguments with some sort of insult and yet you havent even attempted to answer the main question that I have been asking. It is what it is injected. The next time you feel like attacking a thread starter or even feel the need of calling someone a clown. Check out one of your many threads about the exact same thing and you tell me if you have the place to start insulting people. This is the case of the pot calling the kettle black. Your on a cycle (supposedly) and you still are looking for help with it.

    Dont even get me started about your low carb "bulking" diet.

    Bottom line, you need to do a complete revamp of your diet and then from there you need to check out your training routine and renovate that as well. This is done by doing research. Not reading a 6 paragraph suggestive article and calling it a day.

    And you are like the people on a forum that twist information to suit your argument and hop on the bandwagon to go with the flow. What did I say that was random or erroneous? I questioned your approach and you came up short with an answer. The only thing you could do is become defensive and immature and hurl insults and avoid the question(sound familiar?).

    You need check yourself and come correctly. Otherwise you are just digging yourself deeper in a hole that you wont be able to come out of.

    Still waiting on that answer by the way.

    Am I the only one that is questioning his day 1 pics and his day 6 pics? Saying he gained 11lbs but looks like he lost a good 5lbs from his gut. Just doesnt make sense

    Here are 2 of those unspoken questions you are talking about. Are you going to dance around the question for a few more posts or would you like to address them now?
    Tell me, if you replenish your glycogen and do not experience DOMS why would it be inefficient? Especially being on an AAS compound?

    Your getting a bit ridiculous now. Either way, what I said to you each time was not only correct but it pertained to the topic. And with 90 posts its not research. I am simply pointing out that you have no idea what you are talking about and that has been the case the whole time and you have fared me well with my accusation. I dont make things up to gain leverage, I have plenty of evidence to prove my point. Hey maybe I made a mistake. If you truly did not delete a post then I misread posts and I apologize.

    INJECTED - I think you have been wrong in this whole argument. Working out each muscle group every 8 days is not good for a lot of people and far to much time in between. If that is you in your avatar my point is explained entirely. You look like you have zero training behind you, yet you comment with such assurance; I wonder if you are actually just spouting what someone from a local magazine has said.

    Maybe you need to look at your training program because by the looks of it you do not train, even remotely. And if you use juice off your base that should be enough of an advert to all those 20 somethings out there that want to build muscle overnight. YOU CAN'T.

    Start training my friend and eating a meal would do you some good. Have a good day!!

    sup guys, i just made an account here.. im 17, planning to start aas when im about 18/19.. so i came in here and when i saw u guys ripping at the kid, i first thought.. cmon i know all my bodybuilding stuff (ive only been training for 11months) he must know it too.. but after i saw his routine, i facepalmed.

    I am very lookin forward to see the end result of this cycle, as I'm planning to start one in a year or two.

    I know I have not done enough research on aas yet, but if u dont believe I know enough about bodybuilding at 17 and 11 months training, throw me questions, I'll answer them. But lets not make this thread about me, ill make another one of my own
