And you are like the people on a forum that twist information to suit your argument and hop on the bandwagon to go with the flow. What did I say that was random or erroneous? I questioned your approach and you came up short with an answer. The only thing you could do is become defensive and immature and hurl insults and avoid the question(sound familiar?).

INJECTED - I think you have been wrong in this whole argument. Working out each muscle group every 8 days is not good for a lot of people and far to much time in between. If that is you in your avatar my point is explained entirely. You look like you have zero training behind you, yet you comment with such assurance; I wonder if you are actually just spouting what someone from a local magazine has said.
Maybe you need to look at your training program because by the looks of it you do not train, even remotely. And if you use juice off your base that should be enough of an advert to all those 20 somethings out there that want to build muscle overnight. YOU CAN'T.
