I SIMPLY CANNOT GET THOSE KIND OF CROSS STRIATIONS IN MY UPPER PECS AND WE DO THE SAME EXERCISES FOR THAT AREA ONCE A WEEK (3 SETS OF 15 DEGREE INCLINES USING A SMITH MACHINE). I AM ALSO ABLE TO USE MORE WEIGHT ON INCLINES THAN HER SO IT JUST GOES TO SHOW YOU THAT GENETICS MORE SO THAN ANY OTHER FACTOR DETERMINE MUSCLE GROWTH, SIZE, SHAPE, DETAILS, ETC![/U]
