4 sets wide grip bb curls
3 sets neutral grip curls
3 sets incline bench db curls
3 sets hammer curls
4 sets forearm curls
4 sets cable tricep extensions
3 sets reverse grip extensions
3 sets French presses
3 sets narrow grip bench press
MS, I like watching the YouTube vids prior to hitting the gym too. Great way to get psyched up to work.
