Comments:
Good workout, groin is holding up ok. I can’t squat over 185 without significant pain. So I’m working on slow controlled reps to make up for lack of weight. Going to work on rep numbers too. I really noticed pain when I start to fatigue so I have to keep perfect form. Was 204 this morning, hoping to be down under 200 by the end of this week and shed some more fat.
