Thanks. Thing is, it was within 6 weeks. People say its safe to lose 1-2lbs per week, but I was losing like 3-4, so I got worried.

So if I'm 240 at 20%, that means I have 42 lbs to lose??? My god lol. Or do I have to lose 24 lbs to be 216 at 10%? lol
