What do you have for breakfast?

What do you have for breakfast?

    I'll get this started...

I have a shake* apon awakening, then 45-60 mins later, eat a solid meal of:

    6-7 eggs
    1/2 cup of Oats
    6-7g Om ega-3

I may add rasiens, honey, Nutella (choc spread) to my Oats/Eggs mixture for flavourings.

    *Shake

    10g BCAA's
    10g Leucine
    5g Creatine
    20g Casein

Alternatively, If I wake early to relieve myself (I normally do) I have my shake at 4-5am and eat my solid meal at 8am.

Depends if I am bulking I consume a shake that contains 1 cup oats, 40 grams protein and 2 tablespoons of EVOO.

If I am Keto dieting then I spare the oats. I dont leave myself much time in the morning to cook unfortunately.

If the eggs are boiled, then:
    10 egg whites
    35g Burghul

If I stir fry them(with Pam spray obviously) then:
    10 egg whites
    25g Burghul
100g Onions or 200g of Zucchini or Tomatoes

Off topic question, I know calories in Pam are very low, but how many times/day could you use it until it would really start making a difference in calorie intake?

Currently I'm using it 3-4 times/week, just in the morning for eggs.

    Thanks

i have been eating almost the exact same breakfast for the last 6-7 years:
~8 egg whites + 1-2 yolks, tsp salsa mixed in
    40-50 gm oatmeal

years ago i used to eat wheat bread or hash browns until i learned of the real value of oatmeal.

No, whites, with one whole egg.

Same as you, 6 whites, 1 egg. Slowly increasing it though. Want to hit around 10 egg whites, 1-2 whole.

    Keep em coming...

Eggs seem to be pretty staple.

Does everyone use organic free range eggs, or battery farmed eggs?

10eggs/ED that are organic and free range would cost a **** load in the UK!

When I do cook breakfast I usually use free range eggs. I generally eat some scrambled eggs at night.

I tried to buy free range at the health food store, but way to expensive. Somewhere around $5.65 for a dozen. Ouch!

Wow, that's surprising. I thought everything was better in Europe when it came to free range, grass fed, etc...

Do you drink JayRobb protein? I love his stuff. Top notch taste and health wise, IMO. Very expensive here in the states though.

I've been doin the same for awhile now.

1 cup of egg whites, 2 hole eggs
cup of oats small ww bagel or a slice of ww bread with tbls ***** natty pb on it

Every now and then i'll drop the oats and bread for cup of grits with some sugar free jelly mixed in.

During cycle i'd have to say this is going to almost double

thinking 1 1/2 cup egg whites 3 whole eggs
cup oats and 2 slices bread natty pb
