    Diet and training are more important than supplementation and gear use. Without either diet or training you won't gain anything.

    Does anybody have any info on vpx's mad 250? it is a methylated 4-ad.

    if its vpx its probably overpriced and i don't like the idea of someone making a methylated 4-ad, you have more than enough stress on your liver from m1t, unless you like the way jaundice looks i wouldn't do it...

    The big five have got to be:
    1) Test cyp
    2) protein
    3) Glutamine
    4) Creatine (Trac by MHP, love the stuff)
    5) Multi-vit

    Take out the test and it is like a burger without the meat!
