    Unhappy Damn It

    you guys are so freaking lucky...no sides at all.....

    Ok as i've already mention that i am getting crazy back pains (pumps) so much pressure back there....but it just kinda comes and goes.....and guess what now......I have been having for the past 2 days.....serious pain in the abdominals....last night i had to sleep with the pain....and i;ve had the pain since this morning...it's like the pain that you get when you gotta go to the bath room really really bad cuz you ate one too many chilli dogs....but i dont need to go at all......I don't know how much longer i can deal with the pain.....
    Even at the gym....when im really pushing my self....my heart rate sky rockets.....i do breathing excercises to calm my self....

    You guys think maybe i should drop back down to 10mg??

    any other suggestions at all??

    PLEASE HELP

    Day 11

    Another good workout today!!! Gained another lb. today. Have been feeling kind of dehydrated this week so I have upped my H2O intake (1+ gal. daily).
    Pumps & vascularity is unbelievable!! One more workout tomorrow and a much needed weekend of rest. Will be upping my dose to 20mg starting Mon.

    Gotta go eat!

    I'm at the end of my third week and so far everything is going good. I have gained about 12lbs and have had noticable gains in the gym. My questions are: is the lower back pain my kidneys hurting or is it something else. Also is any one else experiencing rages..i loose my temper so quick lately and i want to fight every one.

    Oh yeah...HUGE lower back pains. Not sure about whether it's kidneys. I do notice that my lower back is hard as a rock. I've also found myself getting angry pretty quickly. The biggest thing is just getting past the lower back pain. GREAT GAINS all around, tho.

    Yeah, I’ve also noticed that I’m getting aggravated lately, at least easier than I used to be.. But I just say to myself that its all in my head and get over it fast.. I’m not going out to clubs or bars like I used to, so I think that’s good (danger to society) .. Keeps me out of trouble for a while..

    Great gains so far though.. Up 8lbs.. today is my off day.. Eating lots before I enter my 3rd week..

    so i guess ill i can do is a bunch of pushups and sit ups and some small tri excersizes.man this sucks.but ill have it fixed 2 morow.my only sides are acne.i dunno if its because of the sd but i never get pimples on my forhead ut i got a bunch now.it sucks.no back pains.no real anger problems.so far a pretty good cycle.

    dip hope you had a great bday,

    i got to the gym after two days off of eating hardcore and i am up approx 10lbs i made the 250club i am bigger than ever and feeling and looking huge. i am putting up some good weight this is week three i am keeping sd at 30 and the final week at 40. i have been having extreme back tightness and short temper alot of fighting with the girlffiend.

    did bis and tris today my arms have gained probally 1/2 inch on my cycle there up to 18+, getting amazing pumps. still no sides

    well actually i my bday isnt untill next week but i got drunk the other night and i do regret it.

    but anyways.

    i benched 275 pounds on tuesday.thats pretty good for me.

    but no sides,eating is good.and so is everything else.

    awesome power gains!!!!!!!!

    then 5 sets leg extension and 5 of leg curl
    this is alot for my lanky ass

    Yeah my bad man, I'm checking in and out of the MB at work and havent really had a chance to post..

    My gains have been great.. up 9lbs and my strength is improving daily. No sides at all (knock on wood).. I'm drinking a gallon of water so I think thats helping me.. Yesterday was tris and bi's.. on the sitting curl machine I managed 90lbs 8x (2 -45lbs plates).. Today is shoulders and traps.. I'll post up later.. Let's keep tearing up that gym

    weight hasnt changed i am at 249 and feeling pretty big, did back today felt alright endurance is good feel like i could go for 2hrs sometimes

    Today is the last day of my cylce and i really don't want to quit. Started at 162 and ended at 179. My girl loves it. What are you guys gonna run during the pct, i was thinking of trying NO expolde.

    i don't wanna sound like an idiot or anything but i heard that u need a prescription to get nolva. do i just come in to my doctor and then ask him for a prescription? where did you guys get yours? i will run my cycle on april but i still don't have a nolva. thanks a lot guys.

    thanks for the quick reply d-bo. how many of these do i need for like a 4 week cycle? do i need to use syringes to do this? i don't wanna sound like a pussy or anything but i hate needles lol. and plus i don't want my parents seeing me injecting something on myself they might think it steroids . but if it's the only one i guess i am just gonna have to take it....

    my cycle is going really good with little to no sides besides

    i almost punched my assistant manager in the mouth today.

    i wanted to pick him up and squat him a couple times.

    im going with 40 mg for the 1st week then 20mg the next 3

    one dropper full is 20mg

    i am going to start my drol cycle on march 29th. along with it, i will be taking the following:

    no flush Niacin 1000 mg
    hawthorne berry 1130 mg
    milk thistle 1050 mg
    sd 10/20/20

    this is my first cycle so should i go with a 3 week cycle10/20/20 or 10/20/30?

    as for pct i will be taking nolva 40/20/20/20. is this a right amount?
    should i take no flush niacin, hawthorne, and milk thistle during pct? if so at what dosage? and one more question should i clean bulk during my sd cycle or cut? i am currently cutting right now and i am down about 13-14% bf and i would like to go down between 8-10 just to see the abs hopefully by the second week of april or by the end of sd cycle. i would like to get some suggestions from you guys b/c you guys know what you're doing. thanks a lot.

    p.s. how should i take the supps. during sd cycle and pct. i mean how should i spread them?

    I will be taking all of my vitamins pct along with nova. sd promotes primarily lean muscle mass so you shouldnt really be putting on too much fat just eat 6-8 clean meals a day. i have put 9lbs of solid gains

    how should i spread my supps during the day? here are my supps:

    sd 10/20/20 or should i make it 10/20/30?

    how should i devide these? as far as pct go, i will take the same amount of supps but how should i spread them during pct? should i do sd for 10/20/20 or 10/20/30. it's a 3 week cycle and this is my first cycle. thanks guys
