    EFA amounts

    i have done a search and cant find anything(i might just be slow hahah) but i was wondering the correcta mounts of epa/DHa i should be taking each day?....what are other good EFA to take and how much thanks boieeeeesssss

    Depends on your dietary needs, who is to say but yourself?

    Sources of EFA's are Flax Seed Oil, Walnuts, Olive Oil, Natty PB...the list goes on.
