whats the MAX effective CREATINE dosage...
Dont really use supps but im going to try creatine as im just finishing an AAS cycle - dont know which about creatine tho...
Whats the best, Ethyl or Mono... Im thinking Ethyl will be as its more expensive and with no bloat (dunno if im right) - but i thought that was the point of creatine - to slightly bloat you resulting in water retention which helped add strength...
Also whats the MAX effective dosage of creatine... how long should it be cycled for and should I load ?

CEE is just more advanced..no bloat but you also dont have to load it. CEE is great and take 5 g a day. some take it 2.5 g twice a day and others take 5 g after workout

based off opinion of customers and personal experience:
Normal Creatine =about 7-10 grams a day
Magnesium Creatine = 4-5 grams a day
Creatine Glucoanate = 4-5 grams a day

I dont understand...
your running cycles of AAS, but you dont use supplements?

I would consider a good PCT to include several supplements, that why I was confused....
I think creatine should be taken daily with the protein or in the pre workout energy drink. Its good to some daily, but dont over do it.
Maybe I am confusing the terminology..
My general daily routine includes:
Mulitvitamin
glucosamine
Condroitin
creatine
Whey protien
I would consider all of these supplements..
I also use hypershock or no-explode when I want extra kick for the gym.

Wait, for your AAS cycle, you didnt run any supps like milk thistle, hawthorn, red yeast, etc.?

Yes i run milk thistle along with whey and weight gainer and ***** 3, also multivitamins
