supplement question...feel pretty dumb
Hey...
I;m looking to start back in to building after 2 years off...
I'm gunna get some plain creatine but i want other things to help make some good gains in size.
Any suggestions?
What is Bicarbonate, HMB, CLA, CEE creatine and BCAA...
Your help would be great guys...thanks

Bicarbonate - baking soda, taken pre workout and said to boost strength.
HMB - beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate, said to add lean mass.
CLA - conjugated linoleic acid, said to aid in fat loss.
CEE - Creatine Ethyl Ester. Said to improve strength and muscle mass.
BCAA - Branch Chain Amino Acids. Said to prevent catabolism and aid in muscle growth.

anyone on here used bicarbonate before working out? i'v never herd of that one before. If this helps what to expects from this and how much to take.
