    Looking for some suggestions

I'm here searching for all the input from the forum that I can get to improve my current workout and diet. I'm looking to rebuild myself. Diet and excersize and lifestyle. I've managed to quit smoking and excersize regularly. I need some help with my diet but have already posted about that in the diet section and am awaiting some suggestions. I'll post a link of my current workout (which is more than likely going to change after some input from forum members) But I was wondering what supplements you suggest for overall strength increase and stamina. (I do a lot of cardio in my job and its important to keep and improve on it). I don't want to do just straight muscle building bulk style supplements until I'm where I want to be and decide to build myself from there. I know that protien is a must and would appreciate some brand suggestions. But other than that I'm still kind of stumped as to what would be good. Thanks in advance for any info.

    Really? How?

Anyway bro, I wouldn’t worry about supplements right now. Instead, focus on your diet. That is going to be key for any and all of your goals whatever they are. If you want to add some whey to your diet (only if you need to because your out of a whole food protein source, or in a time pinch) Id suggest Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard. They come in a million flavors and are pretty tasty. If youre interested in creatine w/o the water bloat, try looking into NxCare's Anavol. I got results from it.

    Good luck.
