How often do you guys cleanse?

my buddy told me to take cleanse and lean from max muscle. I makes you shit your braines out but it totally flattens your stomach. He also was explaining more health benefits to me, is anyone familiar with this? does it work good, is it healthy?

Debatable topic on both sides. I use a cleansing tea once a month or so just because I like the feeling I get from taking a big dump. I feel lighter and just better overall. It could be psychological I don't know, but I like it.

As far as the specific product you're talking about, I have no experience with.

man i take monster dumps as it is...couldnt imagine what they'd be like w/ this stuff

Good poops rock!! Id like to get cleaned out too, I heard John Wayne had like 42lbs of crap in his intestines. I just dont think id go as far as to let them put a hose up there to clean it out.
