    legs
    break

    cardio mostly consists of anything but running on the treadmill, i cant do it for long just because my knees and the back pumps, and these damn shin splints which have veebn beating on me latley.

    anyway i think this is really going to shock my system, and im going to try to pack in a couple more protien shakes since my body repsonds to the really well and there easy while im working.

    anyway ill keep everyone posted, im pretty excited for these last 2 weeks with var and masstabs and a 3rd week of just masstabs. i think the gains or only just begining, and im getting more and more dedicated as im adjusrting to thesenew hours at my job.

    well if anyone has seen my past logs, clomid and aromasin just doesnt do it for me unfortunetly. im super prone to gyno, so im going to run letro for 2 weeks, and then nolva at 40mg for a week and then 20mg for 1 week.

    also i will be taking myogex for that wole month of pct as well as another month afterwards of just myogenx. i feel like this is my best pct to date yet.

    right on... what would you recomend to somebody who isn't so prone to gyno??

    Update:

    2 weks left and holysh*t the pounds are packin on, im officially up to 186 right now and my stregnth is through the roof. the back acne is rough, and PCT is gonna blow real bad for my acne on my shoulders/back, but ill deal, im very very very pleased with my cycle so far, and i would do it again in a heartbeat. took a while for the stuff to really kick hard but when it did its been a great ride.

    did 245 for incline 4 times
    & say bye to 315 flat, i hit 355 today for 1 rep

    only thing i have noticed that i dont like, and i dont no why, it takes a whole week+ for my legs to heal for some reason. mabye just because im hitting them so damn hard. so legs have been reduced to once every 2 weeks.
    also i have noticed if i work somthing like a chest/bicep or a back/tricep, its just not doing it for me. so the workout schedule has changed once again to:

    chest
    arms
    back
    shoulders
    break
    legs - once every 2 weeks

    correct. i only took niacin, ryr, coq10 and milk thistle while on the var. its not so toxic... but it will destroy lipid values so i kept the cholestrol support high

    nope.. never have. nevr will. im done with OTC steroids , although im thinking my next cycle could perhaps be promagnon, but still not sure. trying to get my hands on some deca & test right now so... we'll see
