    Talking Masstab/Var Log

    Ok here it is boys. Log #3

    Weeks 1-7: Var @ 50mg
    Weeks 3-7: Masstabs @ 1 pill a day

    Support supps will be as followed
    Hawthorn
    RYR
    FF Niacin
    Multi-V
    Flax
    Milk Thistle
    Fish Oil
    Coq10


    This log will be updated once a week, or more if i have time, latley i have been hanging around here more and more so it will prob be more then once a week. I will be informing about weight gain and muscle hardness and ill post a few pictures to. I wont be posting sets and reps and weight increase everyday, i dont have time and honestly if you have done a log u no how much of a pin it is. ill post a few pics..... heres the only 2 pics i have from my last cycle, im actully a lil bigger then this now, i will post some more pics when im done with this cycle as well, when i get my camera shipped to school.

    i would like to gain around 15-20 pounds if possible. which would definetly make me super happy. and im going to work my ass off to get that 20 pounds, but realisticly anything over 10 would be awsome. Im also looking for some super huge strength gains. i used to be all about the size, but i got addicted to putting up more weight. so yeah thats all about it. if i can be 185-190 at the end of this cycle, i prob wouldnt stop smiling ever haha

    Took my var today and the rest of my support, i feel nothing, gonna go to the gym soon, i no var takes a lil while t kick in, prob a good 7 days or so, so ill let u know how it is. as far as right now.... ehh i dont really feel anything except i can tell when i put all these support supps in my body somthings going on. i feel warmer... haha

    ok i dunno but today in the gym was awsome. not that i was putting up more weight, but my sets were going faster and i felt like i could lift forever. its all physcological but still i love it!, and i got a pretty intense pump to. I also woke up a lil late today (5pm) hahahaa, cause i was boucning last night so i took the 50mg at once, that might have been it as well.

    I havnt notcied any stomach pains or anything like that, that most some useres have experienced. so far....VERY good

    today is day 2, did back.bi's today. nothing special, and i did not deadlift fo to some minor back issues.

    but as everyone knows me im always changing my mind and trying to find new things, well one of the mofo's i work with found me some dbol , and im thining about test as well, so this could possible turn into a dbol/test/var and i would drop the masstabs of course, and then this would no longer need to be in the supp section, but ill keep it here cause u bastards are my family (supp section) . but all plans are not set in stone yet. ill keep you guys up to date

    I like the way your back tapers and arches. The Cobra spread! I will follow on this log as I am looking into doing a Var only cycle or stacked with test possibly within a year or two.

    just wondering how u would go about this cycle... d-bol to kick off the test and use the var at the end for cutting? all the info helps for me, i am always reading and learning

    this is a supp forum... if you read the thread he is doing a mass tab cycle until further notice... he is considering dbol /test/var, if he does deviate the log will be moved to the steroid forum

    its staying in here because its going to stay a var/masstabs cycle.

    im going to get test/dbol /deca for my next cycle insted. im already waiting for that cycle

    anyway today is day 5 of my cycle and really no difference in lifts. i did get a p[retty sweet shoulder pump yesterday... but nothing to special. still waiting

    ok ok switched it up a lil today and insted of chest/tri's

    did chest/biceps

    I was questioning if this Var was real or not for the last couple days, because firstly im an impatient bastard and well thats about it

    anyway!

    Got in the gym today through in 225 for a nice 10 reps, yeah well i went for 15 and then started dominating weights. my chest seriously grew 10in haha. Im going to have to start wearing looser shirts to the gym cause when i left i looked like one of thoe fags hat wear small shirts to look bigger hahaha.


    my arms were really the deal breaker though, after just 1 set of curls my arms pretty much exploded, i was taking 3 or 4 min breaks because i coldnt curl my arms all the way because of the pump. it was insane, and people were giving me that wierd look, like why did this kid walk in so so and now he has a vein popping out of every inch of his arms haha. oh and the vascularity is insane, i have been out of the gym for almost 2 hours now and im still pumped up

    anyway im done bragging

    anyway the last couple days have been f*ckin insane pumps in the gym, there super painful i guess you could say but i love the pain of it, so its good to me, no pump is to painful

    there actully the biggest and best pumps i have ever got, and i did back/triceps yesterday and my triceps and lats havnt really shrunk back down yet honestly. it lookslike there gonna stay tht size

    anyway shoulders today, im gonna start working 4 days on and 1 day off cause i feel i grow better that way insted of 2 on and 1 off

    Did shoulders today and forgot to do my trap excersies i realizes i was walking out of the gym.. how could i do such a thing??

    anyway still rediculous pumps. i used one of those hammer machines today and they really make it so u cant cheat, ecspecially on the shoulder press, i got a craz ass pump and i was putting well over 100+ on each side. itwas pretty nice

    anyway tomo is legs, and they have started to become my favorite days, my calves are starting to really grow latley and my quads have been really get that nice tear drop by doing really strict slow movements.

    anyway ill update soon

    hit chest/bi's yesterday, and my arms are like just growing out of control. i think my genetics are in my arms beause they grow twice as fast as everything else.

    i was curlin 50 db's for 7 yesterday, which i have never done... that sh*ts just insane lol. the only thing is i curled it for one set then i tried another set and had to go right down to 40's, i like blew out my arms so fast lol.

    anyway good chest yesterday to. i like this whole chest/bi's thing insted pof chest/tri's, i feel like i have way more power in my arms when im not working out the part of the arm thats aleady been pre-fatigued.

    ok well i have been super lazy and i as i stated above i wouldnt be updatng as much as i used to. but ill give you somthing to look at now.

    im officially up 9 pounds and i am leaning out really well, which is exactly what i wanted. i started the mass tabs for a few days but got some wierd side effects, i think it was my kidneys, so i stopped the mastabs and continued with the var, tomo i will be starting the mass tabs once again, and if the problems starts again then i wont even run the mass tabs.

    numbers are definetly going up, not as much weight but I am definetly pushing more reps, and the pump is by far the most incredible pump i have ever gotten, it really is rediculous.

    anyway thats my update for the day. tomo is legs, ill let everyone know how it goes.

    no i did not not take any mesurments, but var isnt somthing u would gain bloat from, i am also adding creatine during this cycle so that could be a little bit of water weight there as well.. insted of today, the masstabs will start monday.
