    glutamine and creatine mix

    i was trying to find out if glutamine and creatine mix bc i heard from somewhere that when you take them together after a post work out that they dont fit together in your system and you dont get anything from either the creatine or glutamine.

    So long as you mix them properly ( in a blender ) then there is nothing wrong with mixing them.
