well hell...you need approx 3500 calories to gain one pound of weight so id say it helps alot, especially if it helps you reach that high calorie mark you're trying to get to, you'll gain weight pretty fast so (my opinion) keep taking it.

hmmmm.. me thinks the body can only effectively process about 40-50 grams of protein at one meal.. I'd rethink what you are trying to accomplish..

In my opinion, that's way too many calories to ingest at one sitting.

I think more than 50 grams pro per serving is just turned to poop or fat. I would be worried about all the maltodextrine carbs. Only good PWO imho. Almost 1 to 3 ratio pro to carbs. Whose macros would that fit?

Well for me I don't see much differents when I drink this, I have gained weight, and cal who care how much in one sitting, since I been on this I have jumped up 5 lb in week, now I do get a extra sh*t in my day but that just because I am intaking to much protein or cal. anyways not to worrie about gaining fat if it comes which I have not yet seen.

Wait I change my mind after reading http://www.illpumpyouup.com/articles...ch-protein.htm, I think I will half my shake, Please read and tell me if this is right.

somebody said something about having half of a serving which is a really good idea. When i was using MASSTECH, it had 62g of protein per serving so i just had half of the serving amount
