I have been lifting for about 2 years now, im 21 and I feel like i need a boost. I was looking into a 4 week cycle of 1-ad at 700mg a day and a pct of 6oxo, i've herd from fellow lidters at the gym they have gains around 15-20 lbs at 4,000 calories a day. i am 5'11, 190 pounds and 10%bf i am currently on a bulking diet and figured the 1-ad would give me a boost since I am able to get it farely easy. What do you guys think? thanks
