Actually have been feeling a bit sluggish the last couple of days. (2 1/2 weeks in)
Don't know if that's a side effect or something else going on with me.
Hopefully I snap out of it.

It's back down a few pounds actually.
I've been trying to cut, so I cut some carbs (which may explain the tiredness) and have been doing a ton of cardio. So I think it's some fat I've lost over the last week as I do look and feel leaner.
Strength is still way up though. And I'm still a few pounds heavier than what I started at.

The One has actually been regarded as a failure by most people.
Check out other forums on the internet. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to link to other sites. The results arent too spectacular.
Another relatively new PH is dymethazine by iForce, which is also not doing very well.

Might want to look into Mass Tabs too.
IDS just re-released Mass Tabs with the original formula including Methyl-sten.

Weight today 176lbs.
No other changes. Cycle ends on Tuesday (14th)
Everything is still on the positive. B/f reading was not taken today. I believe the B/f machine at my gym is incorrect. It has shown a steady drop over this cycle (which I believe) but I have come to the conclusion that the 10.4% it is showing is off. I have been looking at pics of guys on this site that claim that same % and I don't fit that bill. So I will omit that stat from future post.

Pct has been going well. Schedule has been pretty messy lately. I like to take my measurements at the same time during the day, and haven't had a chance lately. Today looks like the day. I will try to get an update in tonight.

I'm starting PCT today.
It's hard to say how much I gained because I started cutting a week or so in.
MY weight is only up about 2 pounds from where I started but my bodyfat is down quite a bit and my strength is up... so something good happened.
I also do feel like I look a little bigger. My girlfriend even said something to me last night about me looking bigger.
So I don't think this stuff was magic or anything but I do think it works at least somewhat.
Just hope I can keep the gains.

Cycle Results
Cycle Results
Final weight was 178lbs a 13lb gain over 4 weeks. Delts are noticably larger. Arms and calves are larger and more solid than ever. I dont exactly see the pounds everywhere. But I feel them. Shirts are tighter, jeans are snug on my quads. Wife has commented on the width of my back, and the veins that seem to be popping out of my legs and forearms. Overall I would say that I am happy with the gains at the final day of the cycle.
Side effects.
I did have some problems with my b/p at the start of the cycle. It was hard to concentrate in the beginning. I upped my dosage on Niacin to 3000mg, Milk Thistle 2240mg, Hawthorne berry 2260mg. Blood pressure dropped down to acceptable levels. Back pumps went from annoying to just about unbearable. Torwards the last 7-10 days of the cycle deadlifts and squats were almost to difficult to complete. I upped my dosage of Taurine to 3000mg, but it had little if any effect.
Overall I am pleased with everything, and at cycle end I am very satisfied with the results. I was weary of the claim of mood elevation, but I have to admit that I have been in a far better mood than normal. Again, even my wife has commented on my level of excitement over the past month. If I keep the majority of my gains I will have no problem recommending this PH.

Pct
I have been on pct for a week and took my measurements today.
Bad news. Todays weight is 174lbs. I have lowered my calorie intake by about 500 over the past week in order to lean up a bit more. However this has been over the course of a week and I don't believe it should have been drastic enough for 4lbs. (Somebody please correct me if I am mistaken) I have not changed my workout, but I do plan to do so starting Sunday. My intent is to up my cardio by 15-20 min. I also plan to do the majority of it in the a.m., when possible. Back pumps are fading fast and are no more than a slight annoyance. If I need to I will add the calories back in at the same time.

After a cycle of the AAS I used to drop sometime 7lbs....dont worry..its just water weight that your losing just keep training and eating right.

Two weeks into pct. Weight is 173lbs. Strength is still there. I'm feeling a little bloated, but everything else seems to be going as planned.
