    Pro-stat Protein... 15g in 30mls!

    They give this out at full care nursing homes.. you can order a bottle online for like $30 in the right places.. 15g of protein and 101cals in 30mls Any thoughts?

    32oz bottle = 480 total grams of protein = $30

    Thats about the same for muscle milk, gram for gram, when it comes to price.. And how freakin easy 1 oz.. the old farts love it too.

    They also have a pro-stat AWC that has 17grams of pro.. Arginine... Citrulline.. Cystine.. vit c.. and zinc.. all in just 30mls!!

    I'm just saying, for $30 you get 30 doses.. it might be worth getting just to keep in my glove box for after I leave the gym if I can't get to a protein shake.

    I think this is a great find.

    I doubt it tastes good... but would be hella convenient.

    I play poker for a living and saw some guy drinking one of these at the table yesterday. he finished it in one big swig. He said its alil syrapy but with alil water afterwards to wash it down and its fine. the easiest 40g of protein youll ever get.

    same idea.. but 3.4 oz of pro-stat would give you 57.8 grams of protein.. I'm sticking with pro-stat, plus its used by doctors
