2 scoops MRM Fruit n Whey(mixed with water)
oats(75g carbs)
5g Micronized creatine Mono
2g Beta alanine (3g pre workout)
1 tbls Flax seed oil
I recently stopped drinking milk so I take 3 tbl spoons of natty PB to make up for the lost calories, not in the shake I just eat ir raw then wash it down with my shakeLast edited by Machdiesel; 12-18-2009 at 01:58 PM.

simple sugars first, ie, 380ml lucozade
followed 20mins later by reflex whey, with two whole eggs mixed in shake
