    2 scoops MRM Fruit n Whey(mixed with water)
    oats(75g carbs)
    5g Micronized creatine Mono
    2g Beta alanine (3g pre workout)
    1 tbls Flax seed oil
    I recently stopped drinking milk so I take 3 tbl spoons of natty PB to make up for the lost calories, not in the shake I just eat ir raw then wash it down with my shake
