Best Protein For putting on Lean Mass

I've been buying proteins for over 10 years now years, and I was just wondering if anyone actually swore by any specific protein brands?

I have never bought the same product twice, and always mixed it up..

I don't want a protein with Carbs, but is it easy to say to look for the Portein with the highest % of protein per serving?
Or should I be looking at more than that? - obviously besides the BCAAs.

With all the new marketing, its hard for me to pick one that will help me put on lean mass.

Anyone have any recommendations for proteins?

    Thanks!

just go to costco and get theirs. It's $30 for 6lbs. Very good stuff. It's a mix of milk, whey and egg protein I believe. each chosen for the length of time needed for metabolization.

btw pitbulllock... luv that avi! been eyeing it all day. any more pics of her?

Despite popular belief, carbohydrates are NOT fattening!
Rather, EXCESS CALORIES of carbs, protein or fat are fattening. As an athlete, a carbohydrate-based sports diet is needed to fuel your muscles because carbs are stored in muscles as glycogen.
When your muscle glycogen stores become depleted through repeated days of hard training with too few carbohydrates to replenish the losses, you will become fatigued.

What brand....? well look for one with high proteins per gram and also some carbs!

I like trueprotein for protein and a lot of different supplements. You can customize if you want, or not. It's pretty cheap, and the quality is great.
