I bet it wouldn't be hard for somebody with some sheet metal to fashion a hollow egg shell that you can fill up with egg whites and then boil.

i put mine right in the microwave i cup for two mins with hot sauce in them i love them i havnt ordered a gallon yet was shipping fast ? and do you think its that much cheaper buying in bulk ?

Yea hey each is own...not that bad really i tired mixing them with my protein shakes i didnt care for it...it wasnt that bad its just a mind set thing RAW...iam always pressed for time in the morning and i like them cooked so its perfect for me

I was able to have a friend import me some,,,same brand and I loved them. I would definitely use them again.

Razor go to your local Walmart and buy the Walmart brand liquid egg whites. They come in a 32oz. carton and are only like $3.88 (well at least here down south that's the price). And to clear up some confusion in this thread raw eggs or egg whites (unpasteurized) only have 50% bioavalability in the raw form...now when they are cooked this increases the bioavalabilty. Pasteurized egg whites (like the one's pictured above or found at Walmart) are pretty close to the same bioavalabilty as cooked egg whites. I add liquid egg whites to my whey protein shakes since they will help slow down the fast absorbing whey and keep me more full longer.

I don't get ass gas from egg whites often, but when I do it is just plain rank. A fart that leaves a bitter taste in your mouth

Helps clear a room if need be.
