I'm a female and I started taking BCAAs from dymatize nutrition, I. Take it 4 times a day one in the am pre workout, 1 post work out, after lunch and before dinner and with dieting and losing weight I can tell its def helped with my muscle mass and when I work out it helps give me a little push. I got 400 pills for 29.99 at my local nutrition shop. Im a believer in this stuff.
