    what are the most important supps

    My aims are to gain lean muscle, not bulk or cut just maintain size but build muscle.

    I have got ;

    Premium Mass - 4kg-Strawberry
    Creatine Monohydrate - 360 Tablets
    2:1:1 BCAA Blend - 1kg-Blackcurrant
    Green Tea (750mg, 98% Polyphenols) - 120 Tabs

    do I need anything else? or is this enough.

    Obvcourse I know I have to eat enough and clean, but sup wise..

    If you're looking for "lean muscle" gains, that Premium Mass stuff might bite you in the @$$. I'd opt for whey isolate. My $0.02
