What MEDICINE supplements do you take?

    Just curious.

    My routine:

    Morning and Evening.....

    Aspirin
    Ace Inhibitor
    Beta Blocker
    Lipitor
    Ibuprofen
    Tylenol
    Bayer
    Metformin
    1.5L water

Aspirin put my RBC cluster chart in range
Ace and Beta for the BP
Lipitor to lower the ratios of Bad to Good C
    Ibuprofen to reduce joint swelling
Tylenol and Bayer to reduce overall body pain. For me Aleve targets back and legs and the Tylenol is incredible on shoulders. If I do not take one I can tell you which one..tried it with the GF about 40 times..got it right each time.
Metformin is my "insulin " substitute. I no longer have to take it but it does the same thing as insulin and suppresses appetite.

Water because 5L is hard to hit daily unless I force it twice a day.

I think these are the major ones most people take. Also the Bayer here has a huge dose of caffeine in it for some reason (50 mg per pill) so it is double duty

Exactly, it only makes the platelets more "slippery"...

    Circulation

Aspirin can impact your PT/INR, but I don't understand how it would affect RBC production or quantity.

There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

hey sergio, where do you get your phucitol. i've looked and looked and i can't find it for shit4beans.

i'll play too... naproxen (works better for me than ibuprofin or tylenol), cialis are only daily meds (accept accutaine and antibiotics for bacne at the moment)
