cardio on nolva and test e?
I was reading that nolva helps to burn fat. Also heard that test e does alittle too. Is this true? If I have maybe 7 or 8 pounds of fat to loose should I do cardio while on my cycle or will I just loose it throu lifting weights? If so how much cardio should I do? of course i am bulking while im on this cycle if that makes a diff.

i would do cardio regardless of whether i was bulking or cutting. i do it to keep the fat away while im bulking, and to burn fat while i am cutting.

5-6 days a week, in the AM, empty stomach, 65-75% of max heart rate, 45-60min

I started doing cardio, but felt that it would hinder my gains. I stopped doing it about 2 weeks in. I guess doing it wouldnt be that bad, but stick to maybe 3 times a week instead. JMO

I did 20-30 minutes 4 days a week on a test e cycle and gained muscle
and lost fat at the same time
