Dont think of it that way. When you do squats you get bigger as a whole..increasing over all body size. Squats release more hormones/testosterone in the body making it easier for your entire body to grow.

K I figured u knew that. I guess that isn't the right way of saying it directly. Do squats and your biceps will be sore the next day!

I'm a big believer in squats but they will not make your biceps grow. I don't think they release test or GH, this is done by your balls and you pituitary gland. Or by injecting it.

You answered your own inquiry w/your writings above.

Biceps are part of one's upper body.

    Understand?

Well then how would you state this so it makes "sense".

(It makes sense to me, I just want to hear how you would make it even "clearer" if that is possible)

How wrong you are, but I'm not here to explain every little detail.

I've actually done this too many times before.

    Try a search, or, don't.

I think my natural weight sits around 190lbs to 195lb after ive hit 208lbs shrunk back down even a 2lbs below 190 a few times ive definatly kept the gains legs look 5/10 pounds bigger arms not much but im bigger.

Right now after missing a week and a half of the gym i hit my regular routine my lower arm has been swolen by a quarter inch 4 days now cant hit the gym till tomorrow.

Naturally at the moment i go super heavy on the tris 3 sets 3 differant arm excersises for about 50 each set depending on what i can lift as fast as possible, when i think the bar isnt enough im moving to Dbells also going to up the reps the easier it gets.
Im not into hitting the bar right now for squats id have to lower th estress on my legs and increase the stress where my body hates the most if pushed to far right on the mid lower back. Otherwise im a believer.

Twice a week i focus om my upper tris the most and keep the rest working hard.
i also never burn anything out so pounds may go up or drop except pull downs when im not worn out.
Curls 25lbs for now 3 set, useually hit the 45s i also have 60lb curl
Pull downs heaviest 10 rep each
French Flys closed elbows close grip all the way for 15 reps each
Over head bench forearm press 10 reps each

Legs press once a week heavy 10 rep for 30, when they stop moving.

Only time truelly gain anything is when i eat to much tuna which the half inch in the last 2 months shows on the arms. Things im worried about small bis barely can get them to pump no matter the workout, the fact that my lower arm is still swolen and my arm size.

    Upper Arms 14 half
    Lower 13 half currently

    And about the tuna thing.

    Correction on my last post.

Arms 12 half lower arms now they seem normal again from 13s i was seeing suddenly having a brainfart on measurements just know they where huge last night.

I also am expecting more growth by 06 if i dont screw up the workouts or diet. Ehh tuna is the only food i seen me grow on with excesive eating phormones included.
