Small question, kinda important
sooo from what i gathered is on my AM cardio, i should do a brisc walk on the incline... reach my target heart rate for burning weight and do this for as close to an hour as i can...
In the afternoon, after class, should i do this again, or just do some hard cardio?

I think your good on the AM cardio just make sure you make it count in the morning and theres no need to hit cardio again in the afternoon

Ill hit it in the morning and after the weights sometime too. Depends how I feel.
