    What order of muscles do you work?

    At the gym they have two bench machines:

    and

    for back they have a lat pull down machine and a seated row one: http://www.changingshape.com/images/...achinerow1.jpg

    and then they have the vertical shoulder press machine (is this a safe machine BTW???? kinda hurts my shoulder joints)


    and then tricep and bicep machines.


    I'm guessing I'd want to go chest, back, shoulders, triceps, biceps....but which machines exactly?

    your telling me they dont have barbells and dumbells!!??!?!? If this is the case get another gym

    nope, its just fitness lab at the community college (running start program). I think it does SOMETHING though.

    I would always start with a compound movment machine first ....Its to bad you dont have any free weights ,But if your diet is in check and you get a good routine there is no reason you cant make good gains ...AC

    dman. free weights are the way to go. look into investing in a gym with them, you'll happy you did. if not, then, yah, compound movements first

    yeah i thought so, just not sure of what routine to do.
