are gains better once a week or twice a week?
do you all get gains better working out a certain muscle group once a wek or twice a week? wahts the point of working it out once a week??

Once a week. Ample rest and recovery is what allows for muscle growth. I personally see the best gains working once per week. I have tried twice a week, but my progress is hindered quite a bit. Some here go by an altered 2wice a week protocol and sees great results. Everyone is different.

im on the ironman routine right now and u hit each muscle every 4th day...im makin very good gains im loving this routine...im adding 5lbs to my lifts every workout...

i make myself gain 30-40 pounds from start to finish every week.
for example,
week one would be a set of 100, set of 110, set of 120
then next week would be set 120, 130, then 140
it works for me big time. when i plateau i switch up my exercises and gain like that for 12 weeks...
the Phera-plex doesn't hurt either

IA is good IM is good DC is good so is WSB
but in all actuality the best growth has come *FOR ME, KUZ IM WEIRD* from training 2x a week in VERY SMALL SESSIONS.

depends on what you mean by gains.. size gains?? strength gains??
there are many factors, but rest is the best...
if i am working 2x week the same group, and not increasing reps or weight.. i need more rest..
if i am doing static training.. definetly only 1x per week..The answer to your every question
