has anyone tried the DOGCRAPP Training?

Has anyone tried the DOGCRAPP style of training? IT seems pretty interesting and i was wondering if anything had anything positive/negative to say about it.

    Thanks

Cool thanks. It's funny though i know not all humans are the same, and some of us are blessed with better genetics then others; But whatever the hell arnold was doing i'm telling you he was on the right track. Anyone know what kind of style he was attributed to? Or did he mix and match it. I remember i read it somewhere once and it was pretty hardcore.

Arnold "over-trained" by today's standards, but it worked for him.

I mean the guy was lacking in calves so he worked them everyday he could; what was the outcome? Enormous calves !

I swear you can throw all the scientific studies in the crapper, i think if the body is put in that situation it HAS to adapt.

Let me rephrase that. Don't throw scientific studies in the crapper but i think that some need to be RE-analyzed. I can look at the top bodybuilders and look at the top powerlifters and there frames are alot different, but whos stronger. And its obvious that they have alot of different routines, SO to me the body adapts to what you throw at it.

And if you throw a specific body part into submission X,Y,Z times per week its gonna be forced to grow.

I'm not dogging this certain style because i was going to try it, but the more i think of it the more i feel i'm neglecting myself. If i can walk out of the gym and i'm not exhausted, thats not good enough.

I myself have no scientific evidence that i have collected on any of this as of yet, so of course its speculation. But abcbodybuilding that alot of groundbreaking studies that support claims like mine.
