yea if you lost an incredible amount of strength you really need to reevalute your diet bro....jmo, but you should have naturally lost some strength but not a significant amount...but really take a hard look at your diet and training schedule next cutting cycle....good luck bro

I didn't lose that much. I am still cutting and I have gained all my strength back plus more. I have gone up every week since I changed my routine to this. I am happy and will change up my routine for summer. The school gym is only open during the week so I will go MWF. Aug 1 I start to bulk.
