any1 get this from standing military press?
i do 4 working sets of SMP and the next day i am sore right under both my armpits, in my lats. i do these on monday and i wanna do back on wensday but im afraid of overtraining.i also do side and bent laterals in my shoulder workout but i dont believe its from them.
shoulders and tri-mon
cardio-tues
back and bi's-wen
chest-thur
cardio-fri
legs-sat
cardio-sunday

sounds like your lats are helping to stabalize the weight

Mine aren't usually sore afterwards, but I def feel a stretch when I'm doing them. I usually do shoulders the day after back so I'm usually sore anyways. Anything overhead I usually feel in the lats (i.e. over-head tricep press w/DB's).
