No, you can't become over trained from training one time with a sore muscle group, in fact this might shock them into further growth. Do I recommend training a muscle group that's sore, no, as doing so can lead to over training. So, if I was you and my biceps were sore, I'd wait to train my back and bi's until they were full recovered.

do you do upright rows all teh time? if its a new throw in the soreness is probably just from the shock. i know when i do abs every 2-3 weeks they burn like mad and are sore for a few days. as for training back and bi's...you'll be fine and if you're worried just dont do any direct bicep work. hit them with the back routine.

I'm still wondering why you did a back movement on shoulder day.. Doesn't make sense.
Shoulders are worked with a pushing/raising movement, not sure how you were working them with rows. Possibly a bit of posterior delts but you were predominately doing back with that movement.
