Switching from HIIT cardio to slow cardio, need advice
Been doing HIIT cardio for weeks now and my HR gets upwards of 300 BPM at times. I switched to empty stomach morning cardio and try to keep my HR at 140 BPM but it wants to go higher. After 50 minutes of this its feels like I did absolutley nothing. Is this normal. is it possible to change your max HR?

It'll be normal because its much less than what you are used to. I really doubt it gets upwards of 300BPM since that would make you about -80years old at 100% max heartrate.
Formula is (220-age) *(%HR desired) so obviously unlikely your HR gets over 300

I have heard of people's HR at 300 BPM but all due to cocaine OD.
Yes, thinking your not working that hard is normal. I walk my dog at a brisk pace every morning on an empty stomach. I have a GNC heart Monitor and I keep my HR between125-140. I sweat a bit but nothing like when I use to run 1.5miles. I have had signifacant FAT LOSS, which is the key. It is easy to lose weight, but slow and steady cardio on an empty stomach loses FAT. At least for me.
