help need with home leg workouts!!!
well rite now i am unable to go to the gym but luckly my friend has a whole room that has almost everything i need except i dont know what to do with my legs?
if anybody has any suggestions please let me know.
o and i just have basic weights,barbells,dumbells and a bench with the universal leg thing on it for hams and quads.

You can do lunges, hack squats using a barbell, sissy squats, and stiff-legged dead lifts, along with curls and extensions.

Pick up a copy of Bill pearls Keys to the inner universe,you could just about train all year and not do the same exersizes twice.
