    Advice on a 3 day workout per week

    I was currently trainning using the iron man hit method which involved trainning each bodypart twice in eight days. The problem is I have now changed jobs and and have to adjust my trainning for various reasons.
    Can I get some guidance on which would be the ideal bodyparts to train on a monday,wednesday and friday to give other bodyparts time to rest. I will be trainning each bodypart only once per week. Thanks again guy's.

    I'm confused here son. If you are doing the HIT program then you are lifting 3 days a week. And the HIt program is designed to give your body time to rest?
