Advice on a 3 day workout per week
I was currently trainning using the iron man hit method which involved trainning each bodypart twice in eight days. The problem is I have now changed jobs and and have to adjust my trainning for various reasons.
Can I get some guidance on which would be the ideal bodyparts to train on a monday,wednesday and friday to give other bodyparts time to rest. I will be trainning each bodypart only once per week. Thanks again guy's.

monday-chest/sh/tri....wed-legs....fri-back/bi/trap......
