Bike/running
hey bros i was wondering how long i should be on the bike/running while on my cycle... i have gained about 12lbs... just wanted to know what i should be doing for cardio @ my TRT (not sure what that is unless i am on my tred)
test e 500mgs per week
eq 400 mgs per week
dbol 30-60mgs perday for 4 weeks
nolva 10mgs when i want to take it

Well people are now gonna say, dont RUN DO AM CARDIO on an empty stomach then blah blah.
But running:
1-has benefits that walking doesnt have
2-burns more calories
3-builds ur endurance, increases ur VO2 max leading for better oxygen circulation, helping you remove lactic acid faster etc...=better workouts
Plus ur on cycle so u wont be...."catabolic"
About 6 miles, if it takes you 10 mins a mile, that would be 1 hour....
the weight will come off in no time.
