hey guys!
well im a 21 year old male who would like to start a real fitness program, ive been working out for a couple of months, mainly a general workout, i weight 70 kg, i think thats like 150pounds, 5.9f tall, i find really hard to work my abs, i have some fat there so its harder but ive been doing several abs exercises and all that, but no results!, what would you recommend??? should i use some anabolics to ger faster results???
