    chest developed strangly

    hey guys, it seems like my chest is more developed up by the front delts, giving it the appearance of being busty up from the side, but goes in as the chest meets together. is there any excerize i might be doing that causes over developement in this area? or maybe my inner chest just isn't developed enough? should i stop doing flies for a while? need some help!!!

    Do some presses with a closer grip. Also try tons of cable cross overs. Hold the weight for at least 2 seconds when fully contracted. Hope this helps.

    Also, do each arm independently so you can isolate the movements better.

    cable crossovers meaning standing with a staggared stance pressing the cables foward crossing my arms over? not standing cable fly right?
