Am I going to run into over training with a routine like this one. I will be eating around 400g protein, and carbs are high. I will be running cycle during this time. Looking for bulk and strength.

Cardio 3 days a week along with abs and forearms:

Monday:
Speed day for squat 10sets for 3 reps
2 more excercises for quads
2 excercises for calves

Tuesday:
Heavy Chest - beat max for 2 reps with 2 negatives on last set
Light tri's - 2 excercises
side delts - 1 excercise 4 sets
front delts - 1 excercise 4 sets
4 sets of shrugs

Wednesday:
back width 3 excercises
bi 2-3 excercises

Thursday:
Heavy Squat - beat max for 2 reps
hams 2-3 excercises
calves

Friday:
Speed day Chest 10sets 3 reps
Heavy Tri's 2-3 excercises
Rear delts 1 excercise 5 sets
4 sets of shrugs

Saturday:
Back Thickness 2-3 excercies
Bi's 2-3 excercises



Should I forget the 2 days for legs and take more off time due to my bench being my main concern for compeition? I'm trying to get my squat up 2 so thats why I have them split up...just looking for some input.. Thanks
