BF% and power lifting
I do realize everybody is different... but as a rule of thumb what is the lowest you can get your body fat percent and still be able to gain good strength gains...
because i'd really like to trip some of my fat down.. i'll never have a six pack thats not what i'm looking for, just to have a better build
