What is most of your workout routines? I mean sets, wieght, how many times per weeks, cardio (how many days) , etc. I'm getting ready to start a cycle of HGH and Winny Tabs. I would really like a good solidroutine to follow!! Any advice? I'm currently 32yo, 230, 5'10, looking to get down to around 200 of lean muscle. Any experienced BB's have any advice for a mere novice would be awesome!!!!
